This individual will be responsible for individual coaching for new hires that are within the first year of employment. Training will include on-boarding, foundational reinforcement, side-by-sides, assisting managers with training plans/modules and other duties as assigned. They may also provide help as a backup trainer for business partner training or other classes that relate to operations.

How You'll Contribute

  • Provide initial introduction of the company’s various sales processes in both concept and execution and introduction to the various sales roles.
  • Develop curriculum for division new hire process training.
  • With training team and department leaders, collaboratively draft training programs and development processes and programs for a variety of subjects and areas.
  • Provide coaching to new sales hires as well as existing sales representatives.
  • Create training materials including but not limited to assessments, documentation, class activities, quizzes and role play scenarios
  • Provide basic introduction to Bullhorn.
  • Present sales and process training, including training the trainer as necessary
  • Train for other classes that relate to operations including systems training
  • Other duties as assigned by management

What You'll Bring

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Classroom instructional presence that demonstrates effective public speaking ability
  • Demonstrated history of successful sales experience or sales training techniques
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
  • Demonstrated computed literacy including MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Able to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Proven organizational skills
  • Prioritization, time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Able to work independently and take initiative to proactively complete assignments
  • Proven ability to build relationships with co-workers
  • 1-2 years of professional training and/or coaching experience in presenting information, classroom instruction and sales training methods
  • Experience within an inside/telephone sales environment preferred
