How You'll Contribute

  • Proactively identify new prospects while partnering with new, nationwide client facilities to solicit business
  • Contact new leads to introduce the advantages of RNnetwork's services
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding services RNnetwork provides
  • Generate and send company information and marketing materials to potential clients
  • Assist with increasing profitability of contracts by improving rates and business terms
  • Use consultative selling techniques to develop value proposition strategies
  • Assist in developing marketing strategies for new and existing contracts
  • Work with Recruitment and Consulting with regards to marketing trends of healthcare travelers
  • Travel 5% - 10% of the time to visit clients and attend seminars and/or conventions to acquire new accounts
  • Other duties as assigned by management

What You'll Bring

  • Previous success in inside consultative sales of products or services with effective negotiation skills
  • At least 5 years of experience in the direct sales of professional products or services
  • Experience successfully influencing mid to high level decision makers for contracting of professional business services or products
  • Professional level written and oral communication with excellent customer service skills
  • Experience with contractual language and terminology
  • Excellent Computer knowledge including Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
