We’re committed to growing our company and are always looking to promote from within. This is an ideal time to join our team.
DreamWork is a Weatherby Healthcare business partner team that delivers life and career coaching to employees at all levels. Coaching takes place over a 6-month period, typically during work hours. Our DreamWork program was inspired by Matthew Kelly’s book, The Dream Manager, which convincingly argues that for a company to become the-best-version-of-itself, it must create and sustain an environment where employees are continuously becoming the-best-version-of themselves. DreamWork coaching directly aligns with the CHG Healthcare commitment to servant and whole-person leadership, as well as with our five core values.
The DreamWork Manager reports to the Director, DreamWork, and supports the dreams and goals of employees who have requested life and career coaching. Additionally, the DreamWork Manager will collaborate with leaders and team members to support ongoing strategic planning and execution as the coaching program is expanded and enhanced for greater impact. As the DreamWork team grows, the role may include managing others. The DreamWork Manager will be a fulltime, internal, and onsite Weatherby Healthcare employee in our Fort Lauderdale office, as we offer employees access to in-person coaching during work hours.
A proven track record of inspiring, motivating, and serving as a professional coach, sounding board, and accountability partner. The ideal candidate will have corporate experience, as well as 2 to 5 years of coaching experience in life, wellness, transitions, career development, or other relevant areas. Professional coaching training and certification is required.
