This position’s primary responsibilities are to work with all business lines in Kaizen activities. This includes waste elimination, voice of the customer, value stream mapping, 5S, and leading Kaizen events. This position requires excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and technical skills.

How You'll Contribute

  • Lead up to 3 small projects or Kaizen events with close shadowing and coaching from your manager simultaneously
  • Collect and analyze data
  • Observe processes, identify waste, and Value Stream Map
  • Voice of the customer
  • Present results to executives and leaders
  • Facilitate, lead, and teach others across CHG the appropriate principles and methods of Kaizen
  • Track, measure, and hold leaders accountable for results following projects / Kaizens


What You'll Bring

  • Ability to work effectively on multiple projects in a dynamic, change-oriented environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel, Word, and Power Point
  • Ability to present complex data and Kaizen results in a clear, professional manner
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization
  • Capable of creating positive and professional business relationships
  • Skilled in thinking creatively and experimenting with new ideas
  • Strong negotiation and consensus-building skills
  • Ability to keep private and appropriately handle confidential information
  • Adheres to company mission and values


Experience and Education:

  • Beginner level Lean experience
  • Project management experience
  • High School Diploma


Preferred Skills:

  • Lean or Six Sigma Certification
  • Lean experience in staffing or other service environment
  • BA or equivalent experience
