The Associate Client Developer will acquire new clients for CompHealth with traveling or temporary assignment interest and availability. The Associate Client Developer will contact, develop and complete face sheet with prospective clients through a variety of marketing sources such as the Internet, referrals and other leads generated by CompHealth’s marketing efforts.

How You'll Contribute

  • Required to make a minimum of 80-100 calls per day to accomplish division objectives
  • Maintain and update client information into FOX
  • Respond to client inquiries from advertising, promotions, conferences and referrals regarding CompHealth staffing opportunities
  • Contact prospective clients by phone, e-mail, fax, or mail to solicit and contract for placement or assignment
  • Responsible for qualifying clients by assessing current and future staffing needs
  • Meet all production goals set by management
  • Use proactive and aggressive sales techniques over the phone to recruit clients to contract with CompHealth
  • Communicate terms of client service agreement
  • Quote bill rates and reimbursable items

What You'll Bring

  • Accurately manipulate information utilizing a large scale database system
  • Ability to use Internet and e-mail to communicate and acquire potential clients
  • Strong keyboard skills
  • Professional level written and oral communications skills
  • Effective negotiation skills
  • Experience in provision of customer service
  • Devise and execute work goals independently and manage time effectively
  • Integrate individual work efforts to meet team objectives and processes
  • Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
  • Minimum of one year experience in the direct sales of products or services
  • College level education
  • Experience in the health care industry
  • Experience in the sale of professional services
  • Communicate and understand professional level service needs, traveler credentials and client practices
  • Understand and interpret financial data and compute profit margins
  • Persuade and influence verbally and in writing
