The Administrative Coordinator position is responsible for providing administrative support to the CVO department.

 

How You'll Contribute

  • Maintain archive files for Division
  • Answer, place, screen, and route telephone calls
  • Provide administrative support to CVO
  • Process files and prepare for scanning and/or copying
  • Scan credentialing documentation or copy and send to clients by email or Fed Ex
  • General filing
  • Enter assigned files into credentialing database
  • Review and organize files for accuracy and completeness in preparation for auditing
  • Search practitioners names in database for possible match (Ongoing Monitoring)
  • Other duties as assigned by management

 

What You'll Bring

  • Proficiency in desktop applications, word processing, database management and reporting, graphics and presentation, spreadsheet development and reporting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Accurately type 45 wpm
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Interacting, communicating and corresponding with professionals and professional organizations
  • Must have one year formal training or experience in word processing, spreadsheet, data entry and retrieval, office procedures, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with little supervision
  • Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to achieve goals and meet deadlines
  • Make quick and accurate judgments
  • Use active listening techniques effectively to determine the concerns, needs, and motivations of customers, co-workers, providers, etc.
  • Function in team environment
