The Associate Sales Consultant is responsible for assisting with growing the company’s business through building relationships with clients, prospecting new business and facilitating traveler placements.

How You'll Contribute

  • Provide support to the consultant team by being an available partner to assist with client facing duties
  • Participates in the placement of travelers into facilities
  • Proactively follows-up with facilities to promote traveler
  • Establishes and maintains communication and rapport with clients to encourage a long-term working relationships
  • In partnership with Consultants, identifies opportunities within territory to expand and grow traveler count with current clients
  • In partnership with Consultants, develops new business with active accounts within territories to expand and grow traveler count
  • Negotiates rate increase
  • Negotiates details of offers/placements
  • Works closely with Sr. Consultant to ensure all processes within the sales cycle are executed
  • Potentially holds and develops a small territory
  • Provides desk coverage in the absence of a consultant
  • Additional duties as assigned by manager

  • At least 1 year of recent sales experience
