How You'll Contribute

  • Provide administrative support to sales consultant teams including generating confirmation letters, client & provider contracts, as well as, entering new jobs, clients, and providers into the operating system.
  • Verify accuracy of contracts, provider curriculum vitae’s (CV), and provider applications
  • Ensure that client contracts are attached in database for active clients
  • Enter client and provider leads in operating system
  • Generate a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for all assignments
  • Support CHG Core Values
  • Process Federal Express deliveries and mail as required
  • Back up for phone receptionist coverage
  • Other duties as assigned by management

What You'll Bring

  • Accurately type 50 wpm
  • Strong computer skills in in desktop applications (Word, Excel, Power Point), internet research, and database programs
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one-year work experience in an administrative position supporting professional level functions in a fast paced, team environment
  • Phone answering experience
  • Work on multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Prioritize and organize tasks effectively and independently
  • Process a large amount of documentation in a timely and professional manner
  • Effectively work well with others in a team setting

Preferred Skills:

 

  • Work experience in the healthcare or staffing industries
  • Working knowledge of medical terminology
