We are looking for a Sales Manager in our Global Medical Staffing division in Salt Lake City, UT, who has the passion to lead a competitive and energetic sales team. In the position of Sales Manager, you will get the opportunity to lead and inspire sales representatives to hit sales goals, identify opportunities for growth and development and maintain a culture of Putting People First. Adheres to company mission and values.

How You'll Contribute

  • Lead and direct search consultants and sales assistants
  • Assist VP/Director with administrative and management needs of the department
  • Plan daily/weekly-recruiting assignments for sales representatives and sales assistants
  • Assist VP/Director in training and goal setting for their sales representatives and sales assistants
  • Develop billing projections and production goals for sales representatives and sales assistants
  • Ensure production goals are met for consultants and sales assistants
  • Participate in the hiring of a productive sales team
  • Other duties as assigned by management


What You'll Bring

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to articulate information and concepts convincingly
  • Understanding of selling techniques and customer needs analysis
  • Excellent planning, prioritizing and organization of work objectives
  • Experience in the medical field, health care industry or locum tenens staffing preferred
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to motivate sales/sales support team members to achieve desired results with demonstrated ability to achieve and/or increase sales and market share


Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Successful experience in sales/sales management
  • College level education or equivalent experience
  • 5+ successful years of sales experience in a professional or technical field



  • Experience in the medical field or health care service industry
  • Experience in the staffing industry
  • Three years of experience in a leadership role leading people
  • Undergraduate level business education training or equivalent experience
  • College degree preferred
  • Two years of successful sales and negotiation experience in a professional or technical field
