We are looking for a dedicated Product Manager who wants to work for one of “Utah’s Most Admired Companies.” The Product Manager is responsible for the continuous improvement of business intelligence products. The Product Manager must be able to develop roadmaps across multiple products and have excellent business and systems knowledge, communication, and interpersonal skills.

How You'll Contribute

  • Develop process for BI project intake, high level requirements gathering, prioritization and status reporting
  • Manage UAT efforts focusing on data accuracy and dashboard functionality
  • Participate in weekly sprint planning and ensure necessary requirements are prepared in a timely fashion
  • Update and maintain CHG’s data dictionary
  • Maintain an inventory of BI dashboards, track usage and make recommendations regarding enhancements to frequently used dashboards or deleting dashboards that are infrequently used
  • Develop BI product roadmap and work with stakeholders to execute the plans
  • Work with project team to prepare necessary data, create dashboards, validate accuracy, train end users and roll-out projects
  • Participate in data governance efforts and communicate business process changes as required
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned

  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
  • Experience understanding complex business processes and developing project requirements documentation
  • Demonstrated ability to create and execute product roadmaps
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Outstanding planning, time management, and organizational skills
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel and Visio
  • Bachelor's degree in business or technical field
  • 3+ years of work experience in product management or similar role
  • Experience working with waterfall and agile methodologies
