The Quality Assurance Compliance Coordinator is responsible for securing and maintaining compliance for all providers and assignments.

How You'll Contribute

  • Promote assignment compliance through review and assessment by securing appropriate documentation (i.e. TCA reports, FOX Tasks)  Duties may include:
    • Hospital Privilege compliance
    • Through AHCA system, verify and confirm compliance for all Florida assignments, schedule fingerprints
  • Monitor QA Evaluation system and obtain completed QA evaluations from assignments
  • Communicate compliance and acts as a liaison between the consultant, the client and credentialer
  • Online Provider Application Support
  • Perform initial audit of the credentialing file while complying with credentialing policies and procedures
  • Maintains confidentiality of the provider files and documents
  • Completes other duties and projects as assigned by Leadership
  • Continuous follow-up and feedback for all compliance related issues
  • Troubleshoot and appropriately escalate and partner with Leadership
  • Facilitate Reappointment Notification Efforts
  • Prepare and distribute monthly reports as needed

What You'll Bring

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills in database programs
  • Accurately types 35 wpm
  • Experience with MS Word, Excel and/or database applications
  • High school diploma or equivalant
  • Minimum of one-year work experience in an administrative position supporting professional level functions in a fast paced, team environment
  • Familiarity with the medical field and/or medical terminology
  • Experience with compliance related functions
  • Able to work individually as well as in a team environment
  • Effectively manage large amounts of information and documentation
  • Excellent time management skills focusing on urgent deadlines
  • Work on multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Prioritize and organize tasks effectively
