The Administrative Coordinator assists members of the perm sales teams with all administrative and reporting duties as needed.

 

How You'll Contribute

  • Responsible for updating and maintaining data and databases and spreadsheets, request additional or missing information as needed
  • Enter, track, and verify accuracy of contracts, applications, and/or licenses.  Assure that documents are signed and complete
  • Provide administrative support to teams and leaders
  • Creating calling lists for the sales teams as required
  • Process letters and correspondence for sales staff
  • Run daily reports, including mail, phone, metrics, etc. for the office and the division as necessary
  • Assisting leaders with research or analyzing of data
  • Create and format documents in Word, PowerPont and Excel 
  • Other duties as assigned

 

What You'll Bring

  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent understanding of Microsoft Suite programs including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Ability to learn new programs independently and quickly
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proactive desire to improve, streamline and contribute
  • Problem solving skills, able to independently research to find solutions to problems
  • Work on multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Prioritize and organize tasks effectively and independently
  • Process a large amount of documentation in a timely and professional manner
  • Minimum of three years work experience in an administrative position supporting professional level functions in a fast paced, team environment
  • Work experience in the healthcare or staffing industries
  • Working knowledge of medical terminology
