How You'll Contribute

  • Responsible for managing the Application Queue and processing new and updated applications within the defined turn-around-time
  • Responsible for verifying that the application is entered, accurate and discrepancies are communicated to the AR/R for clarification
  • Review first-5 applications with new recruiters ensuring they understand the application entry process
  • Verify provider licensure is active & clear and via BON and/or NURSYS verifications and escalate as appropriate
  • Obtain pre-credentialing documents and escalate as appropriate
  • Identify specific units the provider is qualified to work and obtain appropriate references in those specialties
  • Responsible for managing the referencing queue and processing per protocol.
  • Responsible for updating submission profiles and obtaining current references on all working providers.
  • Create, manage and complete tasks per RNN protocol
  • Communicates effectively in both written and verbal form with the associate recruiter regarding omitted or questionable profile information
  • Other duties as assigned by management

What You'll Bring

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Strong internal and external communication and phone skills
  • High school education or equivalent work experience

Preferred Skills:

 

  • Previous office and clerical experience
  • Previous customer service and/or phone experience
