The Weatherby division in Fort Lauderdale, FL is searching for a Sales Intern to work directly with our Sales Consultants by assisting with research and sales related activities.

How You'll Contribute

  • Fill out job forms based on specs provided by client consultant
  • Research phone numbers from Intellius using a list of Emergency Medicine providers or invalid records from CRM database
  • Obtain updated email addresses from email kickbacks
  • Gather documents from providers for new packets
  • Follow up via phone and email to obtain credentialing documents, relevant to work assignments, from physicians
  • Input qualified candidates into our database and research valid contact information
  • Follow up on credentialing packets
  • Complete hospital privilege cover sheet prep
  • Scan documents into CRM database
  • Provide sales data and reporting to the team as needed

What You'll Bring

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially over the phone
  • Demonstrated researching and problem solving skills
  • Strong organization skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong computer skills including some knowledge with Microsoft Office applications


Education Requirements:


  • Should be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or any other related area of study
