This position will be responsible for guiding sales and lead operations of assigned sales teams.

How You'll Contribute

  • Create daily, weekly and monthly expectations for both individuals and teams.  Track goals purposefully and publicly through reporting. Ensure that all current processes are clearly documented, executed and measured
  • Maintain a working knowledge of team progress toward goals and present to senior leadership monthly
  • Hold sales team results focused meetings to review monthly and YTD team results.  Challenge the status quo and seek to build more effective and efficient processes that are focused on the speed and quality of service we supply
  • Facilitate and participate in weekly cross-departmental interaction with sales team and support leaders to ensure that the process is being executed and business is progressing (e.g. housing, credentialing, recruiting, consulting-ensuring that all are on task)
  • Establish and maintain focus on sales metrics to drive results: review and find sales opportunities; solidify a “plan of attach” focused on closing deals in current week.  Works constantly to recognize recruits and retain “A” talent
  • Collaborate outside of job specific silos within RN Network and CHG
  • Work within sales team and departments to create sales and recruiting opportunities (i.e. call blasts, DND times, eblasts, websites).  Create and reinforce ongoing training and development
  • Works with management team and sales staff to develop effective cross-selling and leverage strategies. Conduct side-by-side assessments and training on a monthly basis
  • Represents RN Network at trade show as needed
  • Liaison as necessary between direct reports and supporting staff
  • Act as sales staff advocate/partner

What You'll Bring

  • Professional level of written and oral communications skills. Attention to detail, highly self-directed
  • Demonstrated effective sales skills, demonstrated contract negotiation skills, professional presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, work effectively with other managers and direct reports
  • Demonstrated ability to train and develop sales staff
  • 2 years successful staffing experience in a sales capacity
  • Knowledge of the healthcare staffing market
  • Strong computer skills in word processing, spreadsheet and database applications (MS Word and Excel preferred)
  • Strong communication/phone skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills focusing on consistently meeting urgent deadline
