    The CompHealth Locum Tenens division is looking for a Director of Leadership Development. The main focus of the Director of Leadership Development will be as a classroom trainer and curriculum developer for the Leadership Development Program for CompHealth Locum Tenens.  The Director of Leadership Development will also partner with CHG on leader development and ongoing education of current and new leaders.  You will get the opportunity to develop and present curriculum to all of CompHealth Locum Tenens leaders. The topics may include technical training, leaders leading leaders, employee development, leadership development, leader/employee coaching and/or new leader orientation.

    We’re looking for people who:

    • Develop and conduct courses in all leadership development programs
    • Develop, write, and present curriculum for a variety of subjects and skill sets
    • Consult with division leaders, directors, and managers in creating leadership development action plans
    • Develop and conduct leadership development courses on specific skills, activities, and processes for our sales and business partner leaders
    • Develop and facilitate on-demand team building activities
    • Conduct CHG Coaching Training to all new and existing leaders
    • Create training assessment tools, role plays, workshops, and evaluations
    • Learn technical applications used in sales/operations positions and be able to train CompHealth leaders as it applies to their position
    • Partner with CHG on high level leadership programs
    • Bring and utilize outside resources to further develop and grow our people

    Your role.

    • Able to plan and execute work with minimal supervision
    • Ability to train and develop leaders of all levels
    • Able to write effective training curriculum and documentation for a variety of subjects and skill sets
    • Demonstrated competency in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Manage multiple projects concurrently

    Education and Experience Requirements:

    • Should have or be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or any other area of study
    • 3 - 4 years of professional leadership coaching and training experience, presenting in a classroom setting of large groups, and also delivering on a one on one level
    • Executive / C suite leadership development experience preferred
    • Background in leadership training required
