Who We Are

The RN Network Product Manager is responsible for the roadmap, vision and implementation of ongoing management of software products which enable the business and position RN Network to meet growth goals. They will partner with our business units to determine experience drivers and prioritize opportunities for both existing and future products.

How You'll Contribute


  • Gain a deep understanding of internal and external customer experience and processes to identify technology solutions to aid in business growth and customer experience
  • Analyze internal users’ work flow as well as customer touch points in order to optimize the experience and drive business results
  • Develop and gain support for product roadmap and vision that address both existing pain points and future opportunities.
  • Create buy-in for the product vision with end-users, customers and executives
  • Translate product strategy into Epics and user stories
  • Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
  • Perform market research to identify strategic partners as a part of build vs. buy analysis
  • Own the relationship with technology partners and 3rd party vendors to ensure product roadmaps are understood, and there is a clear path for problem management and escalation
  • Responsible for successful implementation of new software solutions, including upgrades and enhancements.
  • Verify business readiness and guide change management during the implementation of new products
  • Other duties as assigned by management

What You'll Bring


  • A passion for solving customer experience problems and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
  • Ability to work effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
  • Ability to collaborate across the organization and create buy-in for the product vision and consensus on prioritie
  • Experience in planning, organizing, and facilitating effective meetings
  • Ability to gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that improve customer experience and drive growth
  • Ability to think strategically and within the context of the broader company technology strategy while acting tactically to support individual products.
  • Flexible skillset and highly resourceful with ability to be extremely effective working independently
  • 3+ years’ experience working in software product management
  • Experience working with recruiting software is a plus
