The Payroll Coordinator facilitates payroll data entry and support for travel employees.

How You'll Contribute

  • Index all incoming time sheets associated with their working travelers
  • Accurately enter time into Match Maker database system
  • Process manual payroll adjustments thru Request-it! software
  • Contact assigned travelers and/or facility employees for missing time sheets
  • Extract facility time records from assigned facility extranet sites
  • Set up assignments, extensions and change requests in Match Maker
  • Review incoming payroll documents
  • Make outbound calls on missing payroll documents
  • Receive inbound calls from assigned travelers
  • Handle customer service issues associated with assigned travelers
  • Communicate receipt of time sheet and provide pay stubs to travelers
  • Call travelers and communicate payroll related assignment expectations
  • Participate in weekly audit of pay / bills
  • Other duties as assigned by management

What You'll Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Great organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Basic computer skills (Bullhorn, MatchMaker, JD Edwards, MS excel)
  • Previous data entry experience – meticulous, detail oriented
