The Administrative Coordinator position is responsible for entry level support for Business Partner related tasks. May work closely with the payroll, credentialing, reception, general admin, housing and licensing teams to ensure CompHealth standards are achieved prior to any and all assignments worked through CompHealth. Other duties include: Provide back-up support for operations departments, support tasks to the assignment coordinator team specifically, as well as correspondence with clients and providers verbally as well as written communication.

 

How You'll Contribute

  • Answers, places, screens, and routes telephone calls
  • Backup on document and lead processing
  • Provider and client confirmation letters backup
  • Provider service agreement backup
  • Corresponds with hospitals, clinics, and internal departments verbally and in written communications
  • Completes clinical references and employment verifications of providers
  • Create job postings for the online website
  • Enters PR comments into FOX when applicable
  • Enters information into FOX credentialing database
  • Monitors information for completeness and accuracy as it is being input
  • Process files and uploads documents to clients VMS systems
  • General administrative support
  • Participates in Team Building functions
  • Other duties as assigned by management

 

What You'll Bring

  • Demonstrate effective phone/verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer and data entry skills: includes MS Word and Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Interacting, communicating and corresponding with professionals and professional organizations
  • Be detail oriented with ability to recognize vital information from verification documents
  • Ability to prioritize well and meet overlapping deadlines
  • Demonstrate problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Familiarity with the medical field and/or medical terminology
  • Previous customer service and/or phone experience
  • Previous office and clerical experience
  • Experience with databases, data entry, Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Prefer Bachelor Degree
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with little supervision
  • Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to achieve goals and meet deadlines
  • Make quick and accurate judgments
  • Use active listening techniques effectively to determine the concerns, needs, and motivations of customers, co-workers, providers, etc
  • Function in team environment
  • Ability to learn and use credentialing database and other related databases
  • Ability to obtain information via the Internet
  • Ability to follow instructions and use time productively
  • Ability to work individually as well as in a highly functional team environment
  • Ability to effectively manage customer service issues and maintain team quality expectations
