The Customer Experience Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and executing all administrative aspects of the Customer Experience Team (CXT) and supporting customer experience processes

How You'll Contribute

  • Provide administrative support for customer experience activities
  • Assist in evaluating, documenting, and maintaining current operating practices and processes for the assigned areas
  • Make, maintain and distribute reports that track critical operational metrics
  • Connect with customers face to face and over the phone, listen to their concerns, provide insight, and document conversations
  • Connect new physicians with an experienced peer and organize interactions and documentation of meetings
  • Serve as customer advocate and recommend and implement client feedback that influences and supports business decisions by analyzing customer interactions and touchpoints
  • Research, compile and proof word processing assignments, communications, and presentations
  • Provide assistance in information gathering and analysis
  • Investigate issues, answer questions, formulate solutions/recommendations, etc.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas and pertinent information in advance of meetings as well as take notes in meetings and communicate recap to all attendees
  • Other duties as assigned by management

What You'll Bring

  • Accurately type 50 wpm
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
  • High emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent understanding of Microsoft Suite programs including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Ability to learn new programs independently and quickly
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proactive desire to improve, streamline, and contribute
  • Problem solving skills, able to independently research to find solutions to problems
  • Prioritize tasks effectively and manage time skillfully
  • Ability to directly and tactfully give and receive feedback
  • Strong ability to think strategically and creatively
  • Has pride in the look and feel of presentations and reports
  • Ability to de-escalate high-emotion situations especially with customers
  • Positive, energetic self-starter with a passion for learning

Education & Years of Experience

  • High-School Diploma
  • 1-2 years experience in an administrative, coordinator, or customer experience role


  • Undergraduate Degree
  • Comfortable with cross-functional process mapping and fault trees in Microsoft’s Visio
  • Strong customer service training
