CHG is seeking a Senior Leader of Talent Acquisition who will be responsible for leading, developing and supporting the Florida talent acquisition team. You will lead a team of Recruiters, Recruiting Coordinators and other talent acquisition professionals. The successful candidate will have experience leading a talent acquisition team and has demonstrated success in delivering exceptional recruiting services in a high volume, sales environment.

How You'll Contribute

  • Lead, support and drive the strategic direction for the talent acquisition team, as they manage the recruiting function to hire and retain high quality people
  • Oversee a full team/function while also leading leaders
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with leaders throughout the organization
  • Collaborate with division leaders and the talent acquisition team to improve the recruiting process for selecting and retaining high quality people

  • Identify team opportunities that positively impact results in team engagement, quality and retention
  • Assist in identifying career path opportunities that are needed or not yet identified within the team and for up and coming talent
  • Develop initiatives to help increase CHG’s brand as the premier employer by participating in community networking events, careers fairs and various trainings
  • Manage outsourced recruiting contracts and serve as primary contact as assigned
  • Assist in creating yearly hiring plan based on divisions the team supports

  • Professional communication skills (verbal, non-verbal, written and presentation)

Education and Experience:


  • 8+ years high volume and leadership recruiting specific to a sales environment
  • 5+ years experience leading leaders
  • 5+ years recruiting experience
  • 5+ years leadership experience
  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ year experience leading leaders
  • 5+ years high volume and leadership recruiting specific to a sales environment
