This position will provide administrative support for the CEO and Senior Executives for CHG Healthcare.

How You'll Contribute

  • Provides administrative and technical support to CEO and senior leaders
  • Creates a personable and approachable environment in support of senior leaders
  • Creates various financial and sales reports
  • Assists with projects as assigned by one or more CHG executives
  • Support executives from other offices when visiting CHG headquarters
  • Develop and create PowerPoint presentations
  • Prepares a wide variety of documents including letters, memos, forms, reports, spreadsheets, and other requested documents
  • Proactively prepares key meeting agendas and gathers necessary documents
  • Maintains general and confidential files
  • Effectively communicates and partners with leaders throughout all CHG Healthcare divisional brands
  • Coordinates travel arrangements to include flight, hotel, and car rental
  • Coordinates meetings, appointments, and events and ensures that leaders calendars are kept current
  • Additional administrative tasks as assigned by leaders
  • Opens, reviews, and directs daily mail
  • Answers, places, screens, and routes phone calls
  • Interacts with high-level outside business associates

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of work experience in an administrative role supporting c-suite executives in a corporate environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with internal and external clients

  • Accurately type 60 wpm

  • Good composition and grammatical skills
  • Strong proficiency in desktop applications (Word, Excel, Power Point), database management and reporting, graphics and presentation, spreadsheet development and reporting
  • MOS PowerPoint preferred
  • 3-5 years of work experience in an administrative or support role of professional positions
  • Administrative or business college training or experiential equivalent
  • Proven success with partnering with cross-functional business units
  • Two years of higher education or training
  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills
  • Ability to support an executive work environment, including managing surprise deadlines/ projects, early and late working hours and difficult assignments
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
