The Financial Analyst is part of the Business Resource Team. This role’s primary responsibilities will be to provide financial and accounting support and analysis to the division leaders. This position will involve working closely with a variety of stakeholders including divisional executives and directors, sales leaders, business partner leaders, business partners, and sales representatives. This function includes providing regular and ad-hoc financial reports and analysis, assisting in identifying best practices in profitability, strategic decision support, and financial budgeting and forecasting.

How You'll Contribute

  • Prepares regular/ad-hoc reports for teams and division while ensuring reports are accurate, complete, and timely
  • Responsible to include useful insight to aid in decision support with reporting
  • Uses various data sources to create quality analysis that facilitate decision support
  • Focuses on answering the "why" vs. the "what"
  • Responsible for delivering timely, thoughtful projections/budgets for the sales and business partner teams
  • Partners with division and team leaders to understand key performance indicators, and trends that will impact future results
  • Provides information and analysis necessary to assist leaders with making decisions
  • Develops relationships within teams and divisions supported
  • Other duties as assigned by management

  • Proficient with information systems used in Finance: such as MS Office, JD Edwards, HFM Smart View and online workspace, FOX, etc.
  • Demonstrates ability to learn and improve
  • 2 - 3 Years work experience in finance
  • Degree in Finance or Accounting
