The Weatherby division in Fort Lauderdale, FL is searching for a Credentialing Intern to work directly with our Sales Consultants by assisting with research and credentialing related activities.

• Call different facilities (medical school, training programs and hospitals) to obtain contact information
• Send requests which include cover letters and FedEx labels
• Track and follow over the phone verifications to obtain a variety of information
• Assist with organizing the team with any projects that are a priority
• Assist with attaching applications into the system and making them fillable via the Adobe software

•  Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially over the phone
• Demonstrated researching and problem solving skills
• Strong organization skills with attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong computer skills including some knowledge with Microsoft Office applications

Education Requirements:

• Should be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Adminstration, Sales or any other related area of study (or in a final year)
