The VP will lead the BI, Security, Operations, & Infrastructure teams delivering exceptional employee experience and customer service to where our customers have a great customer experience from their desk phones to their network connectivity, while delivering support to BI & IT customers.  

The VP will also lead the support organization to deliver exceptional customer service across all offices to where our customers have a great customer experience from their desk top to interacting with AV.

We’re looking for people who

  • Deliver an infrastructure and information security strategy and roadmap that demonstrates strong results and our technology progress
  • Help develop and execute divisional and cultural vision and goals while developing a strong leadership team that delivers strong leadership focused on developing and improving our culture
  • Strong leadership development including: onboarding, training, mentoring, feedback, & development plans with the demonstrated ability to coach and develop new and existing leaders for success  
  • Effective working partnerships with technology partners to consistently deliver strong results
  • Deliver excellent divisional and team performance by planning, developing, organizing and evaluating the team and organizational function(s) while ensuring effective resourcing and staffing by having the right people, with the right skills in the right seats
  • Collaborate effectively with the SVP to support and execute the short and long term strategic plans for the IT division while using excellent communication skills, in a way that inspires excellence in performance, to gain team alignment to divisional and team strategies, goals and objectives         
  • Be seen as a valuable advisor to leaders at all levels with proven ability to lead additional projects and programs outside their span of responsibility
  • Be available to people throughout the division that will seek the leader out to discuss ideas or to get feedback or direction on projects or plans
  • Ensure the division provides reliable and intuitive AV, network and telecom experience to all end users

  • Strong relationship building and collaboration skills with senior leaders throughout the organization

  • Experience with effectively leading an IT organization through change

Education & Experience

  • Master’s degree (MA) or equivalent, or ten to fifteen years’ related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience in several of the administrative areas at the highest level of a Corporation
  • An experienced leader and administrative executive with appropriate industry experience, preferably in the healthcare field
