The Director of People and Culture will partner with Employee Relations, Engagement, Compensation and other areas that impact or influence the Weatherby Healthcare Culture and People.

How You'll Contribute

 

  • Partner with divisional leadership and Employee Relations regarding employee separations, performance improvement plans, training, FMLA and ADA.
  • Conduct focus groups, identify opportunities for improvement and effectively take action on feedback and findings.
  • Identify opportunities and develop initiatives to positively impact employee engagement and retention throughout the division.
  • Assist in the review and analysis of annual employee experience survey. Effectively take action on feedback and findings to improve the culture and engagement throughout the division.
  • Track and report out on employee information such as flex schedules, time off utilization, employee network groups and employee survey completion rates.
  • Participate in compensation committees and assist with compensation modeling and forecasting.
  • Develop, promote and execute division meetings, retreats, client visits and holiday, philanthropic and other special events.
  • Assist in coordinating and promoting other division activities such as employee appreciation week, employee network groups, sports teams and food drives.
  • Develop and adhere to a Corporate Giving Strategy.
  • Be an example to the division of someone who lives and embraces the CHG core values.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, Employee Development or related field
  • 2 + years of experience at a Senior Manager or Director level
  • Experience in the staffing industry
