As an Account Executive you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with large health systems, large hospitals and large group practices. In many cases you will work as a single point of contact for all marketing efforts and focus on adding value for our clients and for CompHealth as a whole. The Business Development Account Executive will also work to create lasting value and loyalty from our largest Divisional Clients. By leveraging site visits, value added services, and other divisional resources, the Account Executive will be held accountable to sustainable growth within their client base.

How You'll Contribute

  • Negotiate client contracts for locum tenens services and serve as point of contact in making contractual commitments on behalf of the company
  • Leverage current relationships to grow business across specialties and gain access to large health systems
  • Operate as a single point of contact for marketing and issue resolution within a selected group of clients
  • Drive jobs and deliverability for clients within our single point of contact program
  • Increase divisional profit by creating, implementing and measuring client acquisition, growth and retention strategies and tactics
  • Demonstrate clear understanding of various types of health care delivery systems and put plans in place to address customer needs as requested
  • Interface with the CompHealth divisions and teams regarding client needs
  • Maintain oversight of accounts to ensure client satisfaction while building high level relationships
  • Work with the sales leaders to drive activity and understanding of client objectives while focusing on client facing activities with the division’s top 10 – 20 clients
  • Drive growth with all client accounts by creating sustainable value both internally and externally
  • Understand and be adept at selling value added client resources such as the LEAN methodology and be capable of participating in client LEAN events

What You'll Bring

  • Influential written and oral communication skills at a professional level
  • Effective public speaking and presentation skills
  • Effective and proven sales experience, negotiating and closing capabilities
  • Experience in providing a high degree of customer satisfaction
  • Excellent organization, prioritization and problem-solving skills
  • Minimum of three years of proven experience in healthcare staffing
  • Minimum of seven years of experience in professional sales
  • Ability to devise and execute work goals independently
  • Ability to understand complex healthcare systems
  • Ability to target and sell to high level decision makers
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and objectives
  • Ability to analyze business trends/indicators and create successful business plans
