The marketing coordinator will join the high-performance marketing team at a company that is proud to be featured as an award-winning company for nine consecutive years.

This position will support our business and award-winning culture by contributing to marketing and communications projects as assigned. Under the direction of the communications manager, this position will work closely with internal clients to assist in the strategic planning and execution of marketing and communication plans. This position will also help coordinate intranet updates and brainstorm ideas to make our programs more successful.

We’re looking for people who:

  • Under the supervision of the communications manager, collaborate and partner with internal clients to understand marketing and communications needs
  • Help create and execute marketing and communication plans
  • Write internal project briefs, schedule projects, and ensure timely delivery of agreed-upon deliverables
  • Write and publish content on company intranet, send corporate emails, and create digital signage as needed
  • Assist in management of online marketing programs including email, third-party vendor advertising and search engine marketing
  • Prepare status reports for marketing and recruiting efforts
  • Research vendors and provide recommendations for new promotional items/swag  
  • Maintain promotional item inventory
  • Provide assistance in information gathering and analysis

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field
  • Preferably two to four years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in WordPress or other content-management systems
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and software quickly
