    CHG Healthcare is seeking a passionate and experienced Agile Program Manager to lead highly visible enterprise-wide and/or department specific strategic programs and to provide agile coaching and expertise to our organization. This role is responsible for providing visibility to the health of the program at the department and executive level and supporting our teams as a coach through our agile evolution. This position will have three primary areas of focus: 1. Serve as Program Manager for large initiatives with a key focus on organizing work across multiple product teams. 2. Provide program, team and individual agile coaching. 3. Maintain program-level roadmap(s) to ensure all work is prioritized and planned for appropriately.

    We’re looking for people who:

    Agile Program Management

    • Responsible for communication and visibility into program-level body of work
    • Creation and management of a comprehensive IT roadmap
    • Leads 90-day planning sessions and other program level ceremonies
    • Strategic mindset and experience – examples: scaling agile, lean principles
    • Program-level impediment resolution
    • Scrum of scrums
      • Plan cross-team work
      • Prevent surprises and identify “hidden work”
      • Ensure all requests are written in user story format
    • Drives performance through effective use of influence and relationships
    • Cultivates relationships with stakeholders with the goal of ensuring transparency and visibility into projects and programs
    • Works with project sponsors at the Executive Level to provide visibility, updates, forecasting for the entire program
    • Facilitates cross functional coordination between Information Technology and business areas as appropriate
    • Plans and schedules overall program deliverables, goals, milestones

    Agile Coaching

    • Program and team level
      • Team-focused coaching on a rotating basis
      • Participation in our communities of practic
      • Individual and role coaching as necessary
    • Administer survey on quarterly basis to pinpoint areas of focus
    • Develop agile training materials and lead agile training workshops:
      • Agile Foundations
      • Scrum Maste
      • Product Owner
    • Discovers opportunities to champion agile values and adoption throughout our organization
    • Partners with senior leaders to ensure alignment with agile methodology

    Your role.

    • Agile Program Management experience with specific focus on IT portfolio management
    • Lean / Agile experience, preferably with exposure to large agile transformations
    • Experience with scaling agile
    • Experience as an Agile Coach
    • Highly proficient in agile practices and able to coach teams and programs at varying maturity levels
    • Strong track record of project delivery for large, cross-functional projects and programs
    • Proven ability to understand the business environment (business model, competitive landscape, processes, revenue/cost drivers, KPI's, etc.)
    • Strong project, program and portfolio management skills, managing complex, multifaceted projects resulting in measurable successes and program growth
    • Strong organizational, presentation, and persuasive skills
    • Experience engaging with C-level project sponsors
    • Strong leadership skills including: team-building, conflict resolution and management
    • Ability to handle uncertainty while continuing to drive assigned work with positive motivation and a can-do attitude
    • Ability to builds trust among business partners and IT professional

    Education & Experience:

    • 5+ years Project/Program/Portfolio Management experience
    • College degree in technical area or business preferred
    • 5+ years’ experience working in an agile environment
    • 5+ years’ experience in Agile Coaching
    • Project/Program/Portfolio scheduling and budgeting experience

    Preferred:

    • PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification or equivalent preferred
    • CSM (Certified Scrum Master) Certification or equivalent preferred
    • Scrum/Agile Coach Certification
