    We’re looking for people who:

    • Provide administrative support to sales teams by entering Provider and Client profiles into Weatherby Healthcare’s operating system and generating Client and Provider agreements, confirmation letters and Certificates of Insurance (COI)
    • Support the business by ensuring that generated documents and information entered into the operating system is in accordance with contractual agreements of Clients, Providers and Weatherby Healthcare’s guidelines and procedures.
    • Ensure that Client contracts are attached in database for active Clients
    • Process Federal Express labels
    • Back-up phone receptionist coverage
    • Provide any other assistance needed to help the sales teams move forward with their business
    • Other duties as assigned by management

    Your role.

    • Accurately type 50 wpm
    • Strong computer skills in in desktop applications (Word, Excel, Power Point), internet research, and database programs
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Minimum of one-year work experience in an administrative position supporting professional level functions in a fast paced, team environment
    • Phone answering experience
    • Work on multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Prioritize and organize tasks effectively and independently
    • Process a large amount of documentation in a timely and professional manner
    • Effectively work well with others in a team setting 

    Preferred Skills:

    • Work experience in the healthcare or staffing industries
    • Working knowledge of medical terminology
