    The Travel Consultant makes professional, accurate, cost-effective travel arrangements for all clients within company guidelines and standards for excellent customer service. 

    We’re looking for people who:

    • Answer all calls & emails promptly, courteously and professionally

    • Make travel arrangements with company-authorized air, car, hotel and ground transportation vendors in the most cost-effective way and accurately.

    • Be familiar with airline rules and regulations, air fares and other industry requirements when making travel arrangements

    • Document all communications and travel booking steps taken to arrange travel in Fox

    • Communicate with sales teams to meet team budgets for providers travel needs

    • Keep travel manager informed of any problems, errors, or other significant situations

    • Proficiency on the GDS (Worldspan or Sabre)

    • Ability to book ARC and non-ARC airlines

    • Ability to follow CHG travel processes regarding billing of Air, Car, and hotel

    Your role.

    • Excellent oral and written communication skills

    • Proficiency with GDS systems

    • Prioritization and time management skills

    • Strong decision-making, problem solving, and attention to details

    • Effective two way communication

    • General computer skills (MS Office Suite)

    • 4+ years of corporate travel experience, within the last five years

    • Resolve travel problems timely and professionally

    • Analyze complex travel requests and make arrangements timely and cost effective

    • Flexibility in managing daily tasks and responsibilities

    • Ability to work in a team environment
