    The Client Representative will acquire new allied healthcare clients with temporary assignment interest.  The Client Representative will contact, develop and follow up with prospective and current allied healthcare clients through cold calling and a variety or marketing sources such as the Internet, professional journals, referrals and other leads.

    We’re looking for people who:


    • Contact new and existing clients to solicit new and repeat business

    • Respond to client inquiries regarding staffing needs

    • Negotiates contract rates and ensure execution of contract from client

    • Facilitate interviews between client and provider

    • Assist in developing marketing strategies

    • Accurately communicate client needs and requirements to recruiters

    • Maintain an appropriate amount of contact with client to ensure the provider and CompHealth are meeting their needs and address any issues or concerns pro-actively

    • Document client conversations and job specifics in FOX system

    • Ensure completion of quality survey at the end of travel assignment

    Your role.


    • Minimum of one year of experience in the direct sales of professional products or services

    • Experience successfully influencing mid to high level decision maker for contracting of professional business services or products

    • Ability to understand professional level service needs, client practice and traveler credentials

    • Ability to be persuasive, influential and professional in verbal and written communications

    • Effective negotiation skills with the ability to conceptually and mathematically compute and understand profit margins

    • Ability to devise and execute work goals independently while integrating individual efforts to team objectives and processes

    • Ability to manage time effectively and manage multiple details in an organized and efficient manner

    • Good customer service skills
