    As a manager of CHG’s corporate business development account management team, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing client relationships for established health systems where CHG has a large existing presence. You will also be responsible for leading and developing a team of account executives. This position requires regular travel (about 30%) to visit current clients, attend conferences and other networking events.

    We’re looking for people who:

    • Maintain regular and ongoing dialogue and direct contact with existing clients to build relationships and influence decisions to grow CHG’s staffing solutions
    • Coach and mentor team members by conducting weekly one on one meetings, side by side coaching and other growth related activities

    • Leverage current internal relationships to grow the business
    • Successful planning targets and cold calling efforts to establish new contacts within current client health systems
    • Negotiate according to CHG’s strategy, client contracts for locum tenens, advanced practice and permanent placement services within identified accounts
    • Expand relationships with global decision makers in an effort to mitigate risk and build strategic partnerships
    • Execute cross-divisional collaboration and indirect leadership of CHG’s brand partners
    • Develop and implement new solutions to meet client needs
    • Prepare and deliver client presentations and quarterly business reviews
    • Partner within all of CHG’s divisions and departments for client growth, resolutions and strategy
    • Meet all production and sales goals as set by leadership
    • Usage and leverage of key business insights to elevate customer conversations as a healthcare staffing educator
    • Deliver tangible solutions to customers, while solving for greater efficiencies (LEAN), cost savings (billing intel) and selling the entire CHG spectrum of clinical workforce solutions
    • Be a “sales achiever” by achieving results by listening to client’s current and future state and also be a “sales challenger” through continuously building and sharing industry knowledge to overcome objections and drive both gross margin and filled days
    • Conduct monthly client site visits or attend conference events

    Your role.

    • Have at least 1 to 3 years of experience leading people, preferably within a sales capacity
    • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, preferably in a healthcare related field
    • Have a bachelor’s degree
    • Have a strong growth mindset to lead, build trust and be highly credible across all levels of an organization
    • Have excellent negotiation, persuasion and dedication to providing customers with an outstanding experience
    • Have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
    • Have proven success in development and growth of large enterprise accounts
    • Have solutions-focused approach to clients management
    • Have a successful track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals and KPIs
