As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll help physicians find temporary positions in hospitals and clinics all over the country.

    We’re looking for people who:

    • Manage the recruitment, interviewing and confirmation of physicians for temporary placement with various healthcare facilities nationwide
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing physicians and clients
    • Negotiate contract terms with physicians and clients and extend offers
    • Maintain and grow pipeline and database of potential candidates and clients

    Your role.

    • Strong "hunter" approach to sales with ability to create, grow and manage a book of business
    • Minimum of one-year experience in the direct sales of products or services
    • College level education or equivalent experience
    • Enthusiasm and aptitude for developing rapport with physicians and clients
    • Ability to integrate individual efforts with team objectives and processes
    • Persuasive and influential written and oral communication skills
    • Time management, goal setting and drive to independently meet sales objectives
