    Culture is the core strength of CompHealth.  This position coordinates and helps maintain activities and processes that deliver meaningful value to our people, while also providing the CompHealth Experience. This person will embody the high standard of quality, excellence and professionalism in supporting events, programs and strategies to maintain the existing culture of exceptional employee engagement.  This person will also strive to enhance employee satisfaction while maintaining our culture of Putting People First and the CompHealth experience each and every day. 

     

    We’re looking for people who:

    • Schedule and take notes in Listening Tours. Prepare quarterly One Sheet summaries and provide data as requested.
    • Prepare CompHealth experience nominations and recognition pins to VP group each week.
    • Coordinate Anniversary certificate process each month.
    • Oversee Culture and We’re Listening email accounts
    • Manage CompHealth People guy Instagram account. Create posts and manage followers
    • Provide “Please to Meet you Monday” posts. Make sure we have posts in the pipeline.
    • Research and provide Making a Difference moments to our communication team.
    • Coordinate and schedule CompHealth Experience interviews
    • Track and Analyze VTO utilization and provide quarterly updates
    • Work with committee to coordinate and help execute annual food drive, Angel Tree and other making a difference opportunities
    • Work well with coworkers, vendors and clients
    • Maintain Flex Schedule tracking spreadsheet
    • Other duties as assigned

    Education & Years of Experience

    • High School diploma or equivalent experience
    • 6 months to 1+ years of customer service experience

    Preferred

    • Prior experience in culture or employee engagement
