    Responsible for the assistance in pricing, contract completion, and implementation for business development and RFP opportunities.  Actively serves as a price implementation and management specialist for new and existing business cases as determined by CHG leadership. Assist in sourcing of all national healthcare staffing business development opportunities through data analysis and external market data.  Responsible for the internal customer alignment processes with divisional contacts for seamless implementation and ramp up for proposals and business development contracts.


    We’re looking for people who:

    • Transition accounts by implementing new business, cost improvements, providing quote support and ensure the proper management of price and competitive healthcare staffing attributes.
    • Review supplier cost changes against items managed in Sales Prices and work with Proposal Teams to implement necessary changes through business intelligence reports.
    • Analyze margins and rebate structure proposals and determine necessary action required.
    • Work with all CHG divisions to exceed customer expectations from our CHG core values structure. This includes assisting with client rate negotiations, contractual alignment with regard to business decisions, service requests, and sourcing for new business opportunities within RFP, state and other software systems and websites.
    • Partner with divisional SMEs in order to provide requirements related to customer contract pricing terms and conditions. Ultimately holds ownership of pricing for named accounts, which includes rebate administration, assisting with supplier negotiations and management of margin and/or mark-ups.
    • Communicates and coordinates with project teams and Functional Managers to evaluate ongoing resource requirements and utilization;
    • Act as Data Custodian, create, maintain, and use data to support CBD’s operation and its fiscal, database and health system information needs and also respond to internal and external information requests
    • Help build a dynamic bridge for a cross-functional BD team to enhance the RFP-New Business relationship and also assist in accountability for these teams via reporting

    Your role.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, or Operations from a four year college or university.
    • 1-2+ years of procurement financial analyst, or contract exposure experience
    • Experienced in supporting management with data and analysis used to make decisions about the business
    • Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines for multiple projects
    • Previous experience developing, negotiating, and managing full cycle contracted rates (inception-closure-management-renegotiation)
    • Experience with Tableau, Microsoft BI tools, Excel, SQL, and large data sets preferred
    • Experience with visualization techniques for presenting data and analysis preferred
