    Responsible for directing a large span of business across the organization. The Sr Director has full P&L responsibility and will lead a team of Sales Managers or several specialty sales teams.

    We’re looking for people who:

    • Collaboratively develop sales strategies and best practices that support the division’s growth initiatives
    • Create, implement and measure an operating strategy that is designed to drive performance and achieve profit goals
    • Work with Sales Managers to develop and execute ongoing staffing plans inclusive of recruiting, hiring, training, and development
    • Conduct regular one-on-ones with Sales Manager and other direct reports, designed to drive performance, accountability and enhance awareness
    • Diagnose opportunity and prescribe solutions interpreted from performance metrics and trending
    • Stay abreast of market conditions and competitive environments impacting the business and translate understanding into sales and marketing strategies
    • Conduct monthly communication meetings with Sales Managers focused on performance and opportunities
    • Create, implement and measure pricing strategies
    • Collaboratively establish and successfully maintain team’s focus on sales metrics
    • Contribute to a positive culture
    • Develop and train Sales Managers
    • Participate in mind share and integration of new Sr Leaders at Weatherby
    • Participate in Sr Leadership meetings and provide feedback and suggestions to solve divisional issues
    • Formally present financial achievements and projections to Sr Leadership
    • Participate in the development, execution and measurement of formal budgeting and business planning.
    • Interact on a regular, collegial basis with other CHG offices and Leadership
    • Travel as needed to represent Weatherby at Trade Shows and VOC client visits

    Your role.

    • Strong demonstrated understanding of healthcare staffing sales cycles across multiple specialties
    • Exposure to multiple staffing models
    • Able to translate market knowledge into strategies that will grow the group
    • Demonstrated ability to positively impact employee retention and engagement
    • Minimum of five years-experience leading and developing sales management leaders in the staffing industry
    • Demonstrated ability to develop sales management leaders
    • Experience leading teams of +50 or more
    • Demonstrated basic financial analysis
