    We are looking for a dedicated Product Manager who wants to work for one of “Utah’s Most Admired Companies.” The Product Manager is responsible for the continuous improvement of employee-facing products to better position CHG Healthcare to meet growth goals. They will partner with our business units to determine experience drivers and prioritize opportunities for both existing and future products. The Product Manager must be able to develop roadmaps across multiple products simultaneously and have excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

    We’re looking for people who:

    • In collaboration with stakeholders, prioritize a backlog of opportunities aligned with strategic initiatives
    • Garner buy-in for your product vision and roadmap from peers, stakeholders and executives
    • Analyze internal user and customer experience trends and drivers
    • Formulate opportunity statements with ROI analyses then validate post implementation
    • Research, analyze, design, & validate exceptional user experiences
    • Support business preparation for requirements
    • Perform market research to identify strategic partners as a part of build vs. buy analysis
    • Work day to day with a dedicated software development team, refining the product backlog and making prioritization decisions
    • Manage and work with 3rd party partners and contractors
    • In conjunction with ePMO, create Product Release Plan, gain approval for & communicate the plan
    • Collaborate with Training to create service & support materials
    • Be the voice of the customer
    • Ensure user stories are implemented consistent with the desired business/user outcomes
    • Work collaboratively with customers and UX to gather requirements, create designs, and validate proposed experiences are valuable

    Your role.

    • A passion for user experience and a customer-first approach
    • Experience working day to day in an Agile scrum environment
    • Experience writing well-constructed user stories and acceptance criteria
    • Ability to collaborate with many to create buy-in for the product vision and consensus on priorities
    • Ability to effectively communicate vision and goals of your product to gain enthusiastic support from stakeholders and executives
    • Ability to gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that improve customer experience and drive growth
    • Flexible skillset and highly resourceful with ability to be extremely effective working independently
    • Strategic thinker who proactively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions
    • Demonstrate servant-leadership and take ownership of the product area assigned
    • Perform under pressure to prioritize and work through deadlines
    • Experience in planning, organizing, and facilitating effective meetings
    • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
    • Outstanding planning, time management, and organizational skills
    • Excellent relationship building skills, with demonstrated ability to work with employees at all levels
    • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization
    • Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel and Visio
    • Bachelor's degree in business or technical field
    • 3+ years of work experience in product management or similar role
