    This position serves as the primary point of responsibility, accountability and activity for the assessment, improvement and governance of quality and ongoing integrity of CompHealth’s data elements. This role focuses on ensuring data quality is maintained, accurate, and reportable – responsible to evaluate essential data elements passed to other systems and used to support business processes.

     

    This role will maintain and incorporate processes, policies, guidelines and responsibilities for administering CompHealth’s defined data in compliance with policy obligations. The Business Support Coordinator will engage with business leadership to quantify and articulate the business impact of data quality issues.  They will assess the current state of data quality within the scope of their responsibility.  This includes capturing/documenting information, and identification of information which they will steward.  This position will work closely with business and operations teams to establish good relationships while entering, correcting or updating information.

     

     

    This person will also act as the main contact to answer questions regarding data quality, and establish target goals for data quality improvement, identify approaches for resolving data quality issues, metrics and audits to benchmark the state of data quality.   They will work with and coach leaders to help build an understanding of how to improve data quality.

    We’re looking for people who:

    • Provide employee and technology support for all data related projects
    • Create and run daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to data improvements/projects – ability to document and maintain content definitions, ownership, and quality rules
    • Ensure that data standards, processes, procedures laid out for creation and modification of governed data are followed. Report any deviation from established procedures and take corrective actions
    • Support and collaborate to help maintain training materials related to the data processes for CHLT and evolving materials as needed – constant focus should be on the customer experience related to data
    • Effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations to management team and other employees of the organization. Focus on reporting data quality levels to senior management and other data owners
    • Engage with assigned areas within the business to develop and enhance knowledge and subject matter expertise
    • Report data issues and procedure lapses to the operational team. Communicate change in data entry procedures and quality rules
    • Contributes to a positive culture that fosters continuous process improvement.
    • Other duties as assigned by management.

    Your role.

    • Understanding of how data is created and updated in Salesforce and other systems.
    • Multiple system navigation skills as needed (Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.), internet research, and database programs.
    • Excellent attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
    • Work effectively alone as well as in collaboration settings – focus on excellently supporting customers, sales and business partners
    • Work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Prioritize and organize tasks effectively and independently.
    • Ability to handle complex issues and demanding customer expectations
    • Basic negotiation and conflict resolution skills
    • Manages time effectively, sets own direction and manages assigned work without needed supervision
    • Embraces continuous improvement

    Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

    • Work experience in the healthcare staffing industry
    • Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with sales leaders and reps
    • 1+ years related experience with an additional 2+ years CHG related experience

    Education & Years of Experience:

    • College experience preferred
    • Minimum of two years of work experience in an administrative position supporting professional level functions in a fast paced, team environment.
