    Support company project objectives by assisting in planning, evaluating, and delivering project activities. Performs other duties as assigned.

    We’re looking for people who:

    • Provide administrative support for project activities
    • Assist in evaluating, documenting, and maintaining current operating practices for the assigned areas
    • Complete and maintain a variety of reports
    • Assist with arranging meetings, clarify and resolve problems, coordinate work, and maintain working relationships
    • Perform project related research; develop and interpret data with minimal guidance
    • Assist in the implementation of operational projects as needed
    • Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to the project team and other employees
    • Contribute to a positive culture that fosters continuous process improvement
    • Other duties as assigned

     

    Your role.

    • Accurately type 50 wpm
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, various database programs, and internet research
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Excellent written and verbal communication
    • Ability to collaborate well as a team
    • Ability to multitask and solve standard problems
    • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
    • Ability to quickly and professional process large amounts of documentation

     

    Experience and Education:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative position supporting professional level functions
    • Phone answering experience

     

    Preferred:

    • Work experience in the healthcare or staffing industries
    • Working knowledge of medical terminology
    • Experience in planning and/ or project management
    • College degree
