    The vision of the Database Administrator is to play a key role working with databases in designing, developing and streamlining the use and access of our databases. This also includes the administration as needed of the implemented systems such as logging, monitoring and infrastructure maintenance of multiple database environments.

    We’re looking for people who:

    • Provide technical leadership in the administration, improvement, automation, and maintenance of enterprise hardware and software infrastructure
    • Develop enterprise infrastructure standards for internal, cloud, and integrated deployments
    • Maintain, patch, and implement database infrastructure
    • Provide technical mentorship to other team members, with a positive attitude
    • Require to work some weekends, evenings, and participate with On-Call rotation


    Your role.

    • Intermediate knowledge MSSQL and MySQL Databases
    • Intermediate knowledge in configuration, tuning, and industry standards of MSSQL and MySQL Database management and deployment automation
    • Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Operating Systems
    • Intermediate understanding of replication, clustering and backup/restore
    • Knowledge of Cloud Databases and offerings
    • Knowledge of AWS Database technologies is a plus, but not required


    Experience and Education:

    • BS degree in technical field or equivalent work experience designing, supporting, and implementing enterprise infrastructure.
    • 2-5 years of increasing experience and knowledge in the installation, configuration, design, monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting of enterprise databases.
