    As a key member of the CHG Marketing team, the Paid Search Specialist will play a strategic role in maintaining and optimizing paid search (pay per click) campaigns for six of the CHG brands: CompHealth, Weatherby Healthcare, Global Medical Staffing, RNnetwork, Foundation Medical Staffing and Locumstory.com. This role will help drive qualified visitors from search engines: Google, Bing & Yahoo. This role will work closely with Interactive leadership to build and evolve our paid search marketing program to drive leads. It’s an incredible growth opportunity for any numbers driven marketer with support from direct response experts and industry leading software tools. We are looking for the right candidate who is naturally driven to learn new things and who is continuously looking for opportunities to improve.

    We’re looking for people who:

    • Day-to-day execution of the PPC program for the CHG suite of brands
    • Regularly monitor paid search performance and provide corresponding analysis
    • On-going account adjustments to hit return on investment targets
    • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting and other facets of paid search to meet goals
    • Hit monthly budget targets
    • Create ad copy A/B tests to identify the most effective ads to various audiences
    • Partner with the web and creative teams to test and optimize landing page experiences
    • Collaborate with the Media and Brand teams to communicate channel performance
    • Stay up to speed on search engine and PPC industry trends and developments

    Professional Skills & Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree
    • 1-4 years of work experience in paid search, digital marketing, analytics or other relevant

    • Experience and interest in working with large sets of data
    • Understanding of online advertising metrics
    • Familiarity with online marketing technology (Google AdWords and Adobe Media Optimizer experience is a bonus).
    • Strong Excel skills
