    CHG Healthcare is seeking a passionate and experienced Program Manager to lead highly visible enterprise-wide strategic programs. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with a balance of people, technical and organizational skills.  This role will work primarily in an agile product development environment and is responsible to drive collaboration and communication across teams.  The position will work closely with product managers, agile teams, lean teams and organizational change management to deliver customer benefits.  Other responsibilities may include overseeing program governance, managing schedules, budget resource planning, identifying risks, and providing visibility to the health of the program at the executive level.

    We’re looking for people who:

    • Oversees and coordinates work across all groups needed to complete program work
    • Works closely with the Product Management organization to deliver on product roadmaps
    • Deep understanding of scrum and agile methodologies
    • Runs complex projects/programs from initiation through production
    • Drives performance through effective use of influence and relationships
    • Cultivates relationships with stakeholders, with the goal of ensuring transparency and visibility in to the program
    • Develops and implements strategies that will maximize synergies among program areas
    • Directs and oversees project team(s) and manages conflicts for successful delivery within a matrix organization
    • Works as a liaison between all teams required to create program deliverables
    • Creates strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning. Drives resolution to project risk and mitigation tactics
    • Works with project sponsors at the executive level to provide visibility, updates, forecasting for the entire program
    • Tracks and analyzes program budgets to inform leaders on the health of the program.
    • Forecast program budget and develop mitigation strategies to stay on budget
    • Collaborates with product and work stream owners to create overall program deliverables, goals and schedule
    • Efficiently identifies and solves program issues
    • Implements and manages project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
    • Discovers opportunities to champion agile values and adoption among our business areas
    • Facilitates cross functional coordination between Information Technology and business areas
    • Partners with senior leaders to ensure alignment with agile methodology
    • Other duties as assigned by management

    Your role.

    • A strong track record of project delivery for large, cross-functional projects
    • Proven ability to understand the business environment (business model, competitive landscape, processes, revenue/cost drivers, KPI's, etc.)
    • Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering solutions and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
    • Strong project, program and portfolio management skills, managing complex, multifaceted projects resulting in measurable successes and program growth
    • Strong organizational, presentation, and persuasive skills
    • Experience engaging with C-level project sponsors
    • Strong leadership skills including: team-building, conflict resolution and management
    • Ability to handle uncertainty while continuing to drive assigned work with positive motivation and a can-do attitude
    • Builds trust among business partners and other IT professionals
    • Effective problem solving skills exhibited by effective collaboration among project team members to resolve issues and drive the project forward
    • Lean / Agile experience, preferably with exposure to large scale agile transformations

    Education & Years of Experience:

    • 7+ years Project/Program/Portfolio Management experience
    • College degree in technical area or business preferred
    • 5+ years’ experience working in an agile environment
    • 4+ years related business/industry experience
    • Project/Program/Portfolio scheduling, resourcing  and budgeting experience

    Preferred:

    • PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification or equivalent preferred
    • CSM (Certified Scrum Master) Certification or equivalent preferred
