    This position works with the talent acquisition team to locate and qualify both active and passive candidates for open requisitions. This individual should have exceptional attention to detail, be experienced in Excel, and have the ability to understand how their processes impact the rest of the organization. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in supporting a variety of HR areas.

    We’re looking for people who:

    • Work with talent acquisition team to locate and qualify both active and passive candidates for multiple positions and/or divisions
    • Source active candidates from online databases
    • Attend job fairs and networking events regularly
    • Cold-call to identify passive candidates
    • Screen candidates for availability, interest level, salary range, and basic qualifications
    • Identify and maintain a network of industry professionals to enhance our talent outreach efforts for current and future requisitions
    • Review job descriptions with hiring managers and get approvals as needed from the compensation team
    • Post positions internally and externally as needed
    • Extend offers as needed
    • Coordinate interviews, review new applicants for qualifications, and check references
    • Submit candidates to hiring managers

    Your role.

    • Intermediate understanding of the Full Lifecycle Recruitment Process
    • Ability to support multiple divisions with diverse hiring criteria
    • Intermediate understanding of The CHG Way of Hiring process and ability to conduct the process with hiring leaders
    • Ability to establish immediate rapport with prospective candidates; while creating a candidate-centric relationship
    • Intermediate experience with handling recruiting objections and ability to close a candidate on the job
    • Ability to resolve issues with limited direction from leader
    • Intermediate understanding and ability to apply various sourcing and recruiting techniques
    • Understanding of the corporate structure and division(s) they support
    • Proficient in navigating through systems (i.e. Applicant Tracking System)
    • Ability to influence candidates to complete online application process and interview
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to prioritize workload, efficiently organize job functions, and internet searching
    • 2-4 years professional recruiting experience

    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience with heavy phone activity
    • Some college coursework
