    As a key member of the CHG Marketing team, the Display Media Specialist, will play a strategic role in maintaining and optimizing online brand advertising for six of the CHG brands: CompHealth, Weatherby Healthcare, Global Medical Staffing, RNnetwork, Foundation Medical Staffing and Locumstory.com. This role will help drive brand awareness and qualified visitors through retargeting, programmatic ad buys, direct publisher placements, paid social media and other promoted content. This role will work closely with Interactive leadership to evolve and expand our display marketing program to drive customer awareness and engagement. It’s a great growth opportunity align brand strategy with performance marketing. We are looking for the right candidate who is naturally driven to learn new things and who is continuously looking for opportunities to improve.

    We’re looking for people who:

    • Day-to-day execution of the Display program for the CHG suite of brands which includes retargeting, programmatic ad buys, direct publisher placements, paid social media and other promoted content.
    • Regularly monitor program performance and provide corresponding analysis
    • On-going account adjustments to hit monthly budget targets and optimize media
    • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for new programs, campaign settings, audience targeting, and other facets of display media to maximize program performance.
    • Strategize and execute creative testing strategies to identify the most effective ads to various audiences
    • Partner with the web and creative teams to test and optimize landing page experiences
    • Connect with publishing partners and ad technology vendors to stay on top of new opportunities
    • Collaborate with the Media and Brand teams to communicate channel performance
    • Stay up to speed on advertising industry trends and developments

    Your role.

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • 1-4 years of work experience in display media, paid social, marketing partnerships or other relevant capacity
    • Understanding of online advertising metrics
    • Experience with online advertising technology (ie Google AdWords, Google DoubleClick, Facebook Business Manager).
    • Intermediate Excel skills
    • Positive attitude, initiative, and being a team player
    • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
    • Enjoy collaborative work and willingness to experiment with new programs and tests
    • Naturally driven to process, prioritizing, and organization
