    The Weatherby division in Ft. Lauderdale, FL is looking for an intern who can assist with projects that are designed to enhance a student’s learning and growth, while providing an opportunity to meet educational curriculum requirements. You’ll have the ability to think critically, create measurable goals and work independently.

    We’re looking for people who:

    • Fill out job forms based on specs provided by client consultant
    • Research phone numbers from Intellius using a list of physicians or other records from our database
    • Obtain updated email addresses from email kickbacks
    • Gather documents from providers for new packets
    • Follow up, via phone and/or email, to obtain credentialing documents from physicians
    • Input qualified candidates into our database and research valid contact information
    • Complete hospital privilege cover sheet prep
    • Provide sales data and reporting to the team as needed

    Your role.

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially over the phone
    • Demonstrated researching and problem solving skills
    • Strong organization skills with attention to detail
    • Excellent time management skills
    • Strong computer skills including some knowledge with Microsoft Office applications

    Education Requirements:

    • Should be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or any other related area of study
